What is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied Kinesiology (AK) draws together the core elements of many chiropractic methods and other complementary and alternative medicine (C.A.M.) systems. AK has been the major feature of the Chiropractic Health Center since 1964. Combined with our compassion, experience, focus and Post-Graduate Study, the use of AK enhances our Chiropractic skills. The International College of Applied Kinesiology USA (ICAK-USA) reserves the practice of applied kinesiology to those licensed as primary care doctors who have completed proficiency training in AK. The PAK® logo (featured in the top right corner of this page) represents Professional Applied Kinesiology™ and is reserved for ICAK-USA doctors who have met specific requirements to qualify as professional applied kinesiologists. Each doctor must be re-certified every five years.
